Responsibilities

1) Customer Escalation Resolution & Order Protection - Quality and Delivery
Acts as the key bridge between operations, supply chain, quality, and field teams to resolve customer-impacting delivery or quality escalations, protect shipment commitments, and prevent lost order opportunities.

2) Analytics-Driven Action & Risk Prevention
Converts delivery, quality, and supply chain data into actionable insights to identify risks early, drive timely decisions, and prevent recurring issues from impacting customers.

3) Strategic Customer Engagement & Business Growth Enablement
This role strengthens strategic customer engagement by consolidating quality, delivery, and supply chain insights into clear narratives and action plans. By pro-actively providing credible data, structured recovery plans, and proactive risk visibility, the role helps build customer confidence and supports business growth.

Qualifications

1) Degree holder, creative and resourceful in problem solving.

2) Experienced in supply chain and manufacturing processes

3) Experienced in data analytics and insights/actions recommendation.

4) Ability to create dashboards for real-time visibility and ease of decision-making.

5) Ability to code using python, etc. will be an added advantage.
