Job summary

Cypark Resources Berhad is seeking a Quality Management professional to implement and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards, while supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 where applicable.

You will coordinate internal and external ISO audits, track quality indicators, and prepare timely QMS reports. The role involves conducting awareness sessions and ensuring regulatory compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation or compliance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards and auditing practices. Experience with ISO 37001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.

• Review QAQC documentation to ensure integration with IMS standards.
• Support QAQC monitoring activities at project sites when required.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including planning, documentation and correction action follow-up

Track and report on quality performance indicators and system improvements to management

Prepare timely reporting of QMS performance reports

Conduct ISO and quality awareness sessions to strengthen compliance culture across departments

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and organizational quality requirements

Review QAQC documentation (ITPs, quality reports, audit findings) to ensure integration with IMS standards

Support QAQC monitoring activities at project sites when required

About you

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation or compliance roles

In depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards and auditing practices. Good to have experience with ISO 37001 Anti bribery.

Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems

Ensure all company certifications are active and valid at all times
