Job summary

SGS is seeking a Diploma or Degree student to support the QA & QC team in digitizing quality processes and organizing information. You will assist with data and KPI dashboards using Excel or Power BI, and provide basic IT support across Microsoft 365 tools.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT/CS/QA/BI degrees and have familiarity with SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 applications. This role offers hands-on experience in a global testing and inspection environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/QA/BI or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and interest in quality management and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support QA & QC in digitizing quality processes.
• Assist with data collection and KPI dashboards using Excel/Power BI.
• Maintain quality documents in SharePoint and other digital repositories.
• Assist in basic IT support using Microsoft 365 tools.
