Qualifications

• Develop and implement quality and reliability standards for manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products.
• Evaluate materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques for compliance with requirements.
• Define inspection and testing methodologies, conduct quality assessments and audits, and perform statistical analyses to identify non-conformances.
• Drive standardization of product qualification, manufacturing quality systems, processes, and best practices.
• Provide quality and reliability feedback to engineering teams on product design, manufacturing methods, and SPC procedures.
• Establish reliability requirements and automated screening methodologies for components and systems.
