Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Quality Specialist to manage quality planning, prevention, corrective actions, and continual improvement across NPI to mass production. You will lead the development of quality systems, control plans, and audits, ensuring data-driven decisions to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 4–6 years in a similar role or industry.
• Experience leading audits and quality improvements; ISO/IPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently and take timely actions.
• Oversee the product and material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop the quality control plan for material/process/product.
• Monitor and report quality KPI for internal and external customers.
• Drive continual improvement to benefit customer, CLS and supplier.
• Lead audits and follow up improvements (ISO, safety, etc.).
