Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Quality Analyst to manage quality planning, corrective actions, and continual improvement across the product lifecycle. You will drive KPI reporting, support from NPI to mass production, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO and IPC standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and knowledge of quality tools; experience with FMEA, SPC, and Lean methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with quality management and ISO/IPC standards.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Handle quality excursions and escalation processes.
• Support product and material quality from NPI to mass production (FAI, IP, WI).
• Develop quality control plans for materials, processes or products.
• Analyze and report quality KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
