Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a senior Quality Director to lead a global QA organization within a semiconductor manufacturing environment in Malaysia. You will develop and implement quality assurance strategies, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement across supplier and customer quality.

The role requires 10+ years leadership in semiconductor manufacturing, deep QMS expertise, ISO/TS 16949 familiarity, and strong data analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, CAPA and FMEA capabilities, plus excellent

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong background in QMS, customer quality, supplier quality and manufacturing quality.
• Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and implementing process improvements.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, CAPA, FMEA and structured problem solving.
