The role focuses on ensuring product conformity by reviewing issued quality documents, inspecting tools and samples, and preventing non-conforming items from progressing. You will perform first and final inspections of processes, monitor materials, tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters, and carry out random checks with thorough record-keeping to support

• Familiar with measuring instruments and inspection tools usage.
• Know methods for handling unqualified products and documenting outcomes.
• Ability to operate measuring instruments skillfully.

Responsibilities

• Receive issued quality documents, inspection tools, samples; confirm consistency with actual implementation and note non-conforming items.
• Be familiar with measuring instruments and inspection tools; know methods for handling unqualified products and operate them skillfully.
• Responsible for the first and final inspection of process operations to prevent batch problems.
• Inspect production process and regularly confirm materials, tooling and fixtures, and machine parameters used.
• Carry out random inspections of production products, re-check, mark defects, and maintain records.

Job description

• Receive the issued relevant quality documents, inspection tools, samples, etc., confirm the consistency with actual implementation, output non-conforming items, and follow up on the improvement and closure of non-conforming items.
• Be familiar with the requirements for the use of relevant measuring instruments and inspection tools, as well as the methods for handling unqualified products, and operate them skillfully.
• Responsible for the first inspection and final inspection of process operations to prevent batch problems in the process.
• Responsible for inspection of the production process, regular inspection and confirmation of materials, tooling and fixtures, and machine parameters used in the entire production process.
• Responsible for random inspection of production products, re-confirmation, marking and statistics of defective products in the process, and keeping records.
