Premier Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a quality inspector to ensure conformance of incoming, in-process, and finished products with required standards and certifications.
You will identify defects, take corrective action, prepare samples for testing, record results, maintain lab cleanliness, operate inspection equipment, and schedule maintenance.
Inspect incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conformance to required standard, adherence to quality guidelines, and compliance with relevant certifications
Identify and perform immediate corrective action, isolate defective parts and report variance/defects to immediate superior
Prepare samples for testing
Record all testing results and complete reports on time
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lab, including good waste and safety guideline practices
Maintain and use inspection equipment facilities
Set up inspection equipment and supplies before executing jobs
Inspect equipment to identify any replacement, malfunction and repair needs
Identify equipment problems and report defects to immediate superior
Conduct and advise on equipment repair, replacement, maintenance and calibration schedules
