Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) in Malaysia. You will lead a team of quality engineers across multi-disciplinary planning to accelerate delivery and ensure high-quality releases.

You will drive end-to-end testing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers to raise quality standards. The role requires 8–12 years in quality engineering, expert Selenium Automation, and strong API and CI experience.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Selenium Automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium / Appium and API automation.
• Experience with CI test pipelines.
• Expert proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality engineering team.
• Develop and implement innovative testing methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Mentor team members to build their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine testing strategies and improve overall efficiency.
• Define test strategy, automation roadmap, and release entry/exit criteria.
• Ensure performance readiness and lead defect governance.
