Job summary

TROX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to design, implement and monitor quality standards for tests, inspections and evaluations within our manufacturing environment in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. You will lead the technical and project teams to ensure reliable product quality and compliant processes.

We value 2-3 years in manufacturing, ISO knowledge as a plus, and strong communication skills to train workers and handle customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in ISO is added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and initiate quality standards for tests, inspections and evaluations
• Design and develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting and documenting on quality standards in products and site services
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects, including adequacy of testing and inspection process to prevent no good quality go out from factory
• Ensure NCRs raised on time
• Lead, direct and assist technical team and Project team in measuring and testing the related products
• Tabulate and document data relating to products, process, materials, its qualities and reliabilities
• Research, study, compile and prepare material on quality control activities, processes and procedures
• Prepare and execute quality inspection plan
• Assist QA Manager to handle internal and external customer complaint
• Train and monitor workers, inspectors, QA technician and related staffs on the aspects of quality control activities
