Job summary

Lemax Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer (QA) to join our Senai Airport City facility in Johor. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, plus fluency in Mandarin and English. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, manufacturing, or related field).
• 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with quality system knowledge such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, QC080000, IATF16949, etc.
• Lead the development of new projects, including quality management, risk identification, and confirmation of product inspection standards, samples, and related limit sample information.
• Internal data analysis and auditing, and auditing of external FAI & CPK reports.
• Organizing and reviewing internal documents such as GRR, SIP, QCP, etc.
• Lead cross-departmental quality meetings to promote improvements in quality, engineering, production, logistics and warehousing regarding quality risks;
• Chair major quality anomaly review meetings and follow up on improvement results.
• Compile customer requirement information, such as MSOP, sample approval form, deviation list, correction, etc.
