Job summary

Kwang Li Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Engineer to develop new products and processes, including FA/ MPAN submissions and capacity planning for manufacturing and supplier sites.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, process design, and the ability to draw jigs/fixtures while selecting suitable equipment to ensure consistency in production. Candidates should have problem-solving and teamwork skills for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Cert/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Discipline, hardworking, good working attitudes, good communications, interpersonal skills, independent, willing to learn and accept challenges.
• Understand English language and good in calculation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new products and processes including FA/ MPAN submission, development of manufacturing capacity and capability within company’s manufacturing and supplier sites.
• Manage capability development, quality and efficiency improvement.
• Know the AutoCAD system, Design processes, can draw drawing for jigs and fixtures as well as select equipment and tools to ensure consistency in manufacturing.
• Designing, developing and operating robotic systems in a variety of industries which include the design for cost, test, manufacturability, automotive and spacecraft sectors.
• Analyze cycle time, capacity and productivity requirements and manufacturing costs.
