Job summary

Deye New Energy Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Engineer to uphold quality standards across production processes and support customer audits. The role requires Mandarin, English, and Malay fluency, with at least one year of experience in quality engineering.

You will lead continuous improvement, participate in APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC activities, and ensure EHS compliance. Competitive salary, health and life insurance, and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay; Mandarin speaking is a MUST.
• At least one year of experience as a quality engineer.
• Familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and quality control methods.
• Strong management, coordination, communication, and a strong sense of quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshop quality prevention and control to meet quality indicators.
• Ensure smooth passage of customer audits, certification audits, and system audits.
• Conduct internal process quality control, identify and report issues, and track problems.
• Lead root-cause analysis of non-conformities and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and participate in related activities.

Job description

1. Conduct workshop quality prevention and control work to ensure the achievement of quality indicators and the normal and effective operation of the quality system;

2. Ensure the smooth passage of customer audits, certification audits, and system audits;

3. Conduct internal process quality control, mainly identifying, reporting, and tracking problems during the process;

4. Organize personnel to review, analyze, and improve non-conforming products, and track the effectiveness;

5. Lead the analysis of the causes of non-conforming products/process abnormalities/electrical performance abnormalities, formulate measures, and track and verify their effectiveness;

6. Comply with job safety requirements, be familiar with EHS regulations and rules, actively participate in EHS-related activities and promotion, and promptly handle and report any abnormalities;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Automation, or related fields;

2. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay; Mandarin speaking is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. At least one year of experience as a quality engineer;

4. Familiar with APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and quality control methods;

5. Strong management and coordination skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of quality.
