Job summary

BizLink Group in Malaysia, Penang, is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products and services meet quality standards. You will perform CQE activities, address customer quality feedback, and drive continuous improvement within the assigned cell to sustain the highest quality levels.

The role requires at least 2 years of CQE experience and a diploma or degree in Materials or Electronic/Electrical Eng Tech. Mandarin language skills are preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain CQE daily activities.

• Conduct FA and root cause analysis to address quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement within the assigned cell to maintain quality levels.
• Lead and drive the assigned cell to sustain the best quality level.
