Job summary

Ruijie Networks in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to lead quality planning for new product mass production, conduct reliability and compliance tests, and intercept issues early.

You will manage PFMEA, CP quality plans, and audits, apply ISO 9000 principles, and support continuous improvement to boost product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, mechanics, quality management or related fields.
• Full-process knowledge of IPD from new product to mass production; proficient in quality control tools.
• Experience with SMT, DIP, ICT, and complete machines preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and audit improvement; factory quality leadership preferred.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively; mature and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the quality planning of new product mass production, run TR5 trials, intercept issues and ensure reliability.
• Track TR6 mass production issues, draft PFMEA & CP quality control plans and guidelines to keep mass product quality under control.
• Perform unpacking inspection before shipment; assess risk, decide release of non-conforming products, and handle market complaints.

Job description

• 1. Be responsible for the quality planning of new product mass production, conduct reliability tests and compliance tests for new products through TR5 small-scale trial production, intercept problems, and ensure the reliability of mass production.
• 2. Track the problem points in TR6 mass production, draft the PFMEA &CP quality control plan and inspection guidelines for mass production, and ensure the quality of mass products is under control.
• 3. Conduct unpacking inspection before shipment. And analyze, conduct risk assessment and determine whether the non-conforming products can be released. Handle market customer complaints and DOA line opening non-conforming products to enhance product quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, mechanics, quality management or related fields;
• 2. Possess full-process knowledge of product IPD from new product to mass production management, and be proficient in and apply various quality control methods and tools such as process audit, PDCA, APQP, FMEA, CP, and QCC.
• 3. It is preferred to have complete quality management experience in SMT, DIP, ICT, and complete machines.
• 4. Be familiar with the ISO9000 quality management system. Priority will be given to those with experience in leading internal and external audit improvement work. Those who have managed factories, possess independent ideas, and can promote the implementation of factory quality improvement and feed back to the preventive improvement of product quality are preferred.
• 5. Fluent in oral English, able to communicate without obstacles (essential), mature personality, positive attitude, and the ability to establish high-quality and efficient organizations.
