Job summary

LINKTEL TECHNOLOGIES SDN.BHD. is seeking a QC/QA Supervisor to lead the QC inspectors and oversee all stages of inspection in a manufacturing setting in Penang.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate recording of inspection results and maintenance of quality reports, with emphasis on compliance to procedures and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of QC/QA experience, supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / SPM or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of QC/QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervising or leading a QC team is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control practices.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QC inspectors in daily inspection activities.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Ensure inspection results are accurately recorded and quality reports are properly maintained.
• Monitor product quality and identify, investigate, and report non-conforming products.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure QC activities comply with company quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Monitor QC team performance and ensure inspection activities are completed according to schedule.
• Provide guidance and training to QC inspectors on inspection methods and quality procedures.
• Support corrective and preventive actions for recurring quality issues.
• Ensure proper handling and control of inspection records and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
