Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Executive/Officer to strengthen our courier service operations. You will help ensure hub performance meets HQ standards, drive delivery KPIs and uphold operational excellence across teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree, familiarity with logistics or warehouse operations, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in courier/logistics or operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Independent with effective communication across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor daily delivery performance against KPI targets.
• Track and analyze key courier performance indicators.
• Identify KPI gaps and promptly highlight underperforming areas to management.
• Monitor last-mile delivery performance and KPI achievement.
• Ensure SOP compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Analyze issues, reduce failed deliveries and improve efficiency.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Investigate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct SOP briefing and promote a quality culture.
