Job summary

C.S.YAP Group of Companies is seeking a QC Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring products meet the required standards. You will document findings, report non-conformances, and support continuous quality improvements on the production floor.

The role involves reading and interpreting drawings, using basic inspection tools, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve defect reduction and reliable quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with basic inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and specifications.
• Diploma in a technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on products and materials.
• Conduct tests using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Verify compliance with standards, specifications, and drawings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Document non-conformances and communicate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
• Quality Control Processes: Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to reduce defects.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure adherence.
• Assist in root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.
