Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic mathematics and basic computer skills.
• Able to use simple measurement tools.
• Candidate must be able to use the microscope or magnifying glass for product check.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections, to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Accurately record and maintain inspection results and quality data in the designated system.
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) for outgoing shipments.
• Generate and maintain final inspection reports as required.
• Prepare and verify product labels to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Support QA Engineers in quality-related activities, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support for quality assurance functions and other related duties as assigned.
