Job summary

AMETEK Haydon Kirk Pittman in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector. You will perform quality inspection in the department and assist in preparing Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality Forms, filing and distributing them to departments.

You will issue Quality Forms, maintain document change records, update master lists, support the Quality Manager with system records, handle ERP material movements, and assist engineers with qualification tasks to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic math and basic computer skills.
• Able to follow instructions from the Lead Operator/Line Leader.
• Able to use basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Able to read basic drawing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality Inspection in the department.
• Assist in preparation of Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality Forms.
• Issue Quality Forms to departments and remove old forms from production floor.
• Maintain records of document changes.
• Update master list of documents and Quality/Environment Records.
• Assist Quality Manager in maintaining Quality System records.
• Perform material movements in ERP system.
• Assist on the qualification for the engineers.
