Responsibilities

• Inspect finished curtains against job sheets: measurements, fabric, colour, pleat style, hooks and accessories
• Check stitching, hemming, lining and finishing quality before items are packed
• Test motorised and mechanical components (motors, remotes, tracks, chains) before dispatch
• Make sure each order is complete and correctly labelled for the installer team
• Record defects and rework, and report recurring issues to the production supervisor
• Check incoming fabric and materials for damage, shade differences or defects
• Follow up on customer complaints and returns to find the root cause
• Help maintain a clean, organised and safe production area
