Job summary

High Ace Industries Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Assistant to join our quality assurance team on a full-time basis. You will support inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure all products meet our stringent standards before they leave the facility.

You will use QC equipment, record results, identify defects, and assist in implementing corrective actions with production teams.

Qualifications

Secondary education or equivalent; QA/manufacturing-related qualifications preferred.
Experience in quality control/quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with QC equipment and measuring tools.
Familiar with quality standards and processes relevant to the industry.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Able to use quality management systems and data recording software.
Physically capable of standing and inspecting products.
Committed to a safe, clean, organized work environment.
ISO 9001 experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on products during production.
Perform product testing using calibrated equipment.
Document inspection results, test data, and quality findings.
Identify defects and report deviations to QA team.
Maintain and organize QC equipment and testing facilities.
Support QC procedures and best practices on the production floor.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain traceability of inspected products.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
