Job summary

ClassA Industrial (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to support FAI, testing and reliability lab activities. You will assist in measurement, report preparation and proper filing of measurement/analysis results.

You will ensure calibration records, monitor SPC charts, perform MFI tests, and maintain lab equipment and 5S standards while following environmental and safety requirements. Minimum diploma/technical certificate and at least 1 year in related field preferred; good

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in a related field.
• 1 year of working experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) and prepare FAI reports for customers.
• Carry out measurements and testing per measurement/test requisitions.
• Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Monitor X-bar and R charts for critical dimensions.
• Maintain calibration records and filing of calibration certificates.
• Assist in layout inspection and functional testing as per control plan.
• Operate test equipment following work instructions and record data.
• Maintain lab equipment, fixtures and 5S practices.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety procedures are followed.
