Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Control Executive/Officer to strengthen our courier service operations. The role focuses on ensuring HQ service standards, achieving delivery KPIs, and driving operational excellence within the hub.

You will prepare performance reports, monitor KPI targets, analyze courier metrics, and promote a culture of quality. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree, has experience in courier/logistics, and possesses strong analytical and Excel skills to support

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related field preferred.
• Experience in courier, logistics, warehouse, or operations management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor daily delivery performance against KPI targets.
• Track and analyze key courier performance indicators.
• Identify KPI gaps and promptly highlight underperforming areas to management.
• Monitor last-mile delivery performance and KPI achievement.
• Ensure SOP compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Analyze issues, reduce failed deliveries and improve efficiency.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Investigate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct SOP briefing and promote a quality culture.
