Job summary

The role involves analyzing KPI data, reporting performance, developing training to boost employee competence, coordinating cross-functional quality activities, and leading root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Quality Management , Manufacturing or related.
• Knowledge IATF 16949 8D problem solving, QC TOOLS,RCA & Control plan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Analyze and report quality performance through KPI tracking and data-driven insights.
• Develop employee competency through quality training and awareness programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional quality activities to ensure product and process effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve quality objectives within budget and timeline.
• Lead problem-solving activities by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
