Qualifications

• One to three years of working experience in a similar field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in Chinese language is preferable regardless of your race.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues systematically.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Flag non-conformances and investigate customer complaints or product deviations.
