Job summary

Rovski Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive in Malaysia to verify inspections, prepare test methods, and monitor product quality. You will participate in non-conformity investigations and apply statistical process control to ensure consistent output.

The role involves contributing to manufacturing process improvements, QIT activities, and APQP/PPAP support aligned with customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Preferable in Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplinary.
• Able to converse and write well in English and Malay.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Able to prepare and tabulate data from product quality monitoring.
• Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate well with staff from all level.
• Candidates with experience in QA are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh Graduates / Entry Level applicant are also will be considered

Responsibilities

• To verify relevant inspection and testing result /certificate of analysis in order to ensure the quality of the products before deliver to customer.
• To prepare relevant test method and product specification based on customers’ requirements
• To monitor continuously on product quality to ensure it meets the testing and inspection specification
• To participate in non-conformity investigation to determine the causes and implement its solution.
• To implement statistical process control activities during the in-process inspection to obtain consistent output.
• To participate in the improvement activities on existing manufacturing processes.
• To participate in the continual improvement activities in the factory such as Quality Improvement Team (QIT)
• To assist in conducting the APQP and PPAP for the manufacturing process based on customer required specification.
