Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a quality-focused individual in Malaysia to join our QA/QC team. You will carry out inspections across raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.

Trained personnel will document findings, support SOP improvements, and contribute to root-cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives to boost production excellence.

Qualifications

• SPM or Malaysia Skills Certificate (SKM) or related field.
• Experience in QA/QC or manufacturing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• No experience? No problem — we welcome those who want to start their career!
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible.
• Ready to learn, follow procedures, and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks on raw materials, the production process, and finished products.
• Detect, report, and document any defects or non-compliance during inspections.
• Keep accurate and detailed records for traceability and compliance purposes.
• Assist in developing and improving quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to boost production excellence.

Education
