Job summary

Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to uphold our quality standards and ensure conformity with corporate policies. You will translate QA philosophy to production teams and review design documentation for compliance.

You will develop solutions to QA issues, keep management informed of developments, and stay current with industry QA codes and standards. Collaboration with the QA team is essential, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven QA mindset and ability to interpret QA philosophy.
• Experience in QA data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and implements quality assurance objectives aligned with corporate policies.
• Interprets quality assurance philosophy to production workers when necessary.
• Suggests improvements to QA reviews of design documentation for compliance.
• Reviews data from QA activities to ensure consistency with policies.
• Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during QA activities.
• Keeps management abreast of significant issues and improvement actions.
• Maintains knowledge of government and industry QA codes and standards.
• Plays an active role on quality management teams within the organization.
• Performs any other tasks as instructed by superiors.

• Maintains and implement quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
• Able Interprets quality assurance philosophy and policy to production workers when necessary.
• Suggests or improve on quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Reviews all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
• Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
• Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
• Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
• Plays an active role on quality management teams within the organization.
• Any other tasks as instructed by your superior from time to time.
