in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to manage customer complaints, drive root cause analysis, and maintain an ISO 9001:2015 compliant QMS across manufacturing projects in the electrical power and automation sector. You will coordinate investigations with cross-functional teams, prepare 8D and CAPA reports, monitor NCR/CAR closures, and support internal and external audits.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor29s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Familiar with 8D Report, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why and Fishbone Diagram.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer complaints from receipt to closure.
• Act as primary coordinator for customer complaint matters.
• Liaise with internal departments to investigate complaints and identify root causes.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram and 8D methodology.
• Prepare customer complaint reports, 8D reports and corrective action responses.
• Monitor CAPA implementation and ensure timely closure.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain complaint records and tracking reports.
• Monitor complaint trends and recurring quality issues.
• Ensure timely communication of investigation reports to customers.
