Job summary

MASS PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a QMS professional to support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the QMS aligned with HQ requirements.

You will prepare, review, update and maintain procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and other controlled documents. You will coordinate audits, manage CAPAs in JIRA, maintain audit findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close actions and verify effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training/experience in Quality Management
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Management System or Quality Assurance role
• Practical experience in internal audits, Document Control and Quality-System Record Management
• Good understanding of QMS requirements, audit practice, document control, CAPA and corrective action management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps and drive closure
• Effective communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintaining accurate records

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal, process, customer and certification audits, including audit preparation, evidence collection, documentation and follow-up
• Take ownership of Audit-related CAPAs in JIRA and coordinate with process owners to ensure actions are completed and effectiveness verified
• Maintain and progressively update Audit findings, CAPAs, Customer Complaints, and Corrective Actions in JIRA, including supporting evidence, action owners, and target completion dates
• Follow up with responsible owners to ensure timely closure, verify effectiveness where applicable, and elevate overdue or high-risk actions
• Support the preparation of audit checklists, audit schedules, QMS reports, meeting materials and other quality-system documentation
• Collaborate with the HQ QMS team to support global QMS implementation, provide requested records and evidence, and coordinate local requirements or issues
• Review quality-system records to identify gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve process compliance and effectiveness
• Work with quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and relevant functions to align QMS activities and resolve quality-system issues
• Provide objective evidence and documentation for audits, customer reviews and management reviews as assigned
• Identify and implement improvements that reduce defects, prevent recurring problems, and improve efficiency
