Job summary

PrimaBaguz, a Malaysian halal meat producer now part of Johnsonville, seeks an Assistant Business Manager / Business Manager for the QSR Commercial Channel in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. You will manage key QSR relationships, develop joint business plans, and drive profitable growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6–8 years in FMCG or food, with at least 3 years in QSR, a bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation, analytics, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 6–8 years in sales or account management in FMCG/food.
• At least 3 years in the QSR channel.

Responsibilities

• Account & Customer Management: manage day-to-day relationships with QSR customers.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP) with QSR partners.
• Provide innovation and insights to QSR partners.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional deals.
• Drive implementation of new product launches and menu innovations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D to meet customer needs.
