Job summary

Altum Precision is seeking a dedicated Quality Management lead in Malaysia to strategize, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). The role coordinates internal and external audits, drives corrective actions, and aligns with regulatory and customer requirements to sustain certification and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate internal, external, certification, regulatory audits and CSR reviews.
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and risk assessments.
Prepare management reviews, dashboards and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain QMS to ensure conformity with customer, statutory, regulatory and certification requirements.
Coordinate audits (internal, external, certification, regulatory, government) and ensure timely closure of findings.
Drive CAPA activities and monitor effectiveness of actions across functions.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies stay compliant.
Deliver training and develop internal auditors and process owners.
Provide data-driven insights via KPI reports and management reviews.
