Summary of Duties / Responsibilities
- Quality Supervision
- Supervise daily QC inspection activities throughout the production process.
- Ensure all inspections are conducted according to approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of QC Inspectors.
- Verify inspection records and quality documentation.
- Production Quality Control
- Monitor quality from raw material inspection to finished pile inspection.
- Ensure reinforcement cages, prestressing works, mould preparation, casting, curing, and demoulding comply with approved specifications.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of finished products.
- Testing & Laboratory
- Supervise concrete testing activities including:
- Slump tests
- Compressive strength testing
- Dimensional inspections
- Review and verify laboratory test results.
- Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Non-Conformance Management
- Investigate quality defects and non-conforming products.
- Raise and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Conduct root cause analysis using appropriate quality tools.
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure defective products are properly identified, segregated, and dispositioned.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Customer & Supplier Quality
- Attend customer inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, and third-party inspectors during product inspections.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate corrective actions.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Head of Department (HOD).

Minimum Qualifications, Requirements, and Experience
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the precast concrete, concrete products, construction materials, or manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
