Job Summary
Support the QC team in inspecting and verifying products during production and final inspection to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and basic quality inspections of products.
- Check products against specifications, samples, drawings, and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
- Perform measurements using vernier calipers, measuring tapes, gauges, and other QC tools.
- Record inspection results, measurements, and defects accurately.
- Maintain QC inspection records, checklists, and reports.
- Assist the QC Supervisor in monitoring production quality and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist with product sampling, testing, internal audits, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of inspection tools and equipment.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Perform other QC-related duties assigned by the QC Supervisor or Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Control, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manufacturing or QC experience is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools and quality inspection.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Able to communicate and work well with the production team.
- Responsible, disciplined, willing to learn, and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
