Job summary

SCIENTEX PACKAGING ( TELUK EMAS ) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform daily inspections according to work instructions and procedures, and to communicate quality problems with QA Supervisor & production P.I.C.

You will complete Non-Conformance Reports, support continuous improvement, follow ISO, GMP, HACCP, and safety policies, and record sample data. Willingness to work extended hours when production schedules change and to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• 1. Daily inspection according to work instruction and procedures
• 2. Communicate quality problems with QA Supervisor & production P.I.C
• 3. Complete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for defective products and material
• 4. Participate and support continuous improvement objectives of the department
• 5. Follow ISO, GMP, HACCP, Personnel & Safety policies within the plant
• 6. Record the data of sample checked into Sample Checking form
• 7. Responsible for the retain sample collection compilation by job of the day
• 8. Follow superior arrangement and assignment on quality task if there are manpower changes
• 9. Willing to work extended hours as and when assigned due to changes of production schedule
• 10. Carry out other duties as may be assigned by superior when necessary
