Japan Air Filter Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform IQC, UV, and final inspections in line with SOPs and product specifications. You will accurately record results, report any non-conformances, and ensure that all items meet customer requirements.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team, with basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a QC Inspector.
• Experience in incoming, in-process and final product inspection preferred.
• Familiar with basic measuring and inspection equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct IQC inspection for extrusion products/materials.
• Conduct UV inspection upon completion of production.
• Conduct final inspection and vacuum pad inspection according to SOP and specifications.
• Record inspection results and report any non-conformance or quality issues.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a QC Inspector, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in incoming, in-process and final product inspection is preferred.

Familiar with basic measuring and inspection equipment.

Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Able to understand and follow SOPs, work instructions, drawings and product specifications.

Detail-oriented with good observation and inspection skills.

Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently and as part of a team.
