Job summary

MCLEAN PLASTIC ENGINEERING SDN BHD – Taman Senai, Johor is seeking a QC Inspector to support the Quality team. You will perform First Piece and Last Short Inspections, issue inspection reports, and follow up on machine-level quality issues.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in QC inspection and an SPM certificate or higher. Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential; English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2+ years in QC inspection.
• Proficient in using basic measuring instruments for QC checks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to Quality Engineer / QA Technician on the quality of their individual Inspection task that are assigned to them.
• Conduct First Piece Inspection and Last Short Inspection and issue relevant reports.
• Follow-up and close up quality issue at machine level.
• Control the non-conformity quantity at Outgoing/Incoming/In-Process.
• Prepare daily inspection report and shift handing-over reports.
• Perform IQC/OQC and In-Process Inspection.

Authorities

• Authorized to Accept/Reject inspected lot of product base on their inspection result.
• Authorized to issue sorting report, defective reports to Production PIC.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years above experience in relevant field.
• Education : Minimum have SPM certificate and above.
• Skills: Able to use basic Measuring Instrument to perform QC Inspection.
• Communication: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of English is an advantage.
