Intersurgical Medical Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Quality Control Inspector to verify packing lists, inspect incoming materials, and document results per SOP. You will generate acceptance labels and ensure timely release of materials to the next process.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent (or 2+ years in related work), reading/writing in English, basic MS Office, and active English speaking ability. Attending QC records and calibration logs is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field preferred.
• If no Diploma or equivalent, requires at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to read & write in English.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Involves verify information provided on packing list with physical count to ensure incoming accuracy
• Perform an inspection of incoming raw materials and/or components for conformance and document results per SOP
• Generate acceptance labels for incoming materials/ components
• Prepare relevant documentation and perform finished product/outgoing inspections per requirements
• Document the inspection results on a timely basis in the QC records
• Release product on a timely basis to the next process
• Report non-conforming materials/components to Quality Manager
• Support on sample evaluations during verifications/validations run
• Support on customer samples evaluations or complaint investigations and to review and approve label inspection for the work order
• Responsible for keeping QC records and maintain G-1 Files, participate in training meetings, maintain personal training records and calibration records
• Any other assignments as directed by the supervisor or designee

Preferred minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant field. If no Diploma or equivalent educational, requires at least 2 years' work experience in a relevant field.

Must be able to read & write in English.

Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English.

Must be physically capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, and able to lift up to 12 kg (25 lbs.) as needed.
