Job summary

EPE Packaging in Port Klang, Malaysia is seeking a QA professional to ensure product requirements and customer specifications are met. You will have the authority to stop shipments and correct quality issues, ensuring conformity and handling nonconforming products in a timely manner.

The role requires experience in QA practices, ability to identify quality problems, and collaboration with teams to maintain process specifications. Training and daily QA responsibilities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in using measuring tools.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, aggressive and result oriented.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility to ensure product requirements, specifications and customer quality.

• Prompt information of products that do not conform to requirements are not shipped to customers and potential products requirements are met.
• Responsibility for conformity are identified and contained.
• Overall responsible for conducting the daily quality assurance activities.
• Ensuring that all test methods are conducted and implemented.
• Ensure raw material, in process and finished goods are within process specifications.
• Identifying and recording quality problems.
• Undertake any other assignment as given by the immediate superior or management.
