Job summary

Beton Prefab Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance professional to implement and monitor the Quality Plan and ITPs across materials, fabrication, installation and completed works, ensuring compliance with project specs, drawings, codes and standards.

You will conduct inspections, prepare quality documents and reports, coordinate with clients, consultants and third‑party inspectors, raise and close NCRs/CARs, perform root cause analysis, monitor calibration of equipment, and participate

• Implement and monitor the Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Conduct inspections on incoming materials, fabrication, installation, and completed works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
• Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
