Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
- 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of inspection/testing procedures and quality documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
