Qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred.
- 2 years inspector/inspection experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection for internal and outgoing processes.
- Update checklist and inspection reports.
- Ensure quality control procedures are adhered to.
- Carry out testing and development to improve process performance and product quality.
- Collect data for process control and improvement.
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges or micrometers.
- Remove products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Escalate quality issues to superior.
- Maintain 5S at the work area.

Job Description: Quality control/ Quality Assurance inspectors typically do the following:
Perform inspection for internal and outgoing process.
Update checklist and inspection report.
Ensure quality control procedure been adhered.
Carry out relevant testing and development as required to improve process performance and product quality.
Collect data for process control and improvement
Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges or micrometers.
Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
Escalate quality pertaining issue to superior.
Do and maintain 5S at respective work area.
