Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified QA/QC and Site Supervision professional for civil, infrastructure or marine projects in Malaysia. You will inspect workmanship and materials, review drawings, and ensure compliance with MS, BS, and ISO standards, while maintaining QAQC reports.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree, 3–5 years' experience, and good command of AutoCAD and MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as Inspector of Works (IOW) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision or QAQC experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and standards.
• Review contractor submissions and monitor corrective actions.
• Maintain QAQC documentation and reports.
