Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented QA technician to perform hands-on QC and functional testing, recording results accurately and preparing test reports and supporting documentation. You will maintain samples, equipment and QA records, and assist with QA data updates and product validation.

The role involves supporting packaging tests and pilot validations, ensuring compliance and quality across processes in a fast-paced environment. Prior QA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in QC/QA testing and data recording.
• Familiar with test methods, documentation and reporting.
• Able to handle samples and maintain records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on QC and functional testing according to established test methods.
• Perform sample inspection and evaluation and accurately record test results.
• Prepare test reports, photos and supporting documentation.
• Maintain testing samples, equipment and QA records in an organized manner.
• Support packaging and lifestyle pilot tests and product validation.
• Assist with QA documentation and data updates.
