Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA Supervisor in Kulai, Johor to lead EOL inspectors and ensure shipments meet quality standards. You will ensure inspections align with customer requirements and coordinate manpower to support production schedules.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electronics, with 2 years' experience preferred, and be organized, adaptable, and capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with 5S and quality systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role you must have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EOL inspectors to ensure only quality products are released for shipment.
• Ensure inspection and testing meet customer requirements.
• Plan and coordinate manpower for EOL inspectors to support production schedules.
• Identify and maintain order of WIP inventories.
• Train and brief EOL operators on quality issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Submit EOL reports to Quality Engineer.

We are seeking for suitable candidates to apply for QA Supervisor in our convenient, team work environment at Kulai, Johor

You will play an important role to:

Lead the EOL operators in inspection to ensure only quality product is being released for shipment.

Ensure inspection and testing are in compliance to customer requirements

Manpower planning and coordination for EOL inspectors to support production schedules

Ensure WIP inventories are properly identified and are in order

Ensure EOL operators are trained and briefed on any arising quality issue

Involve in continuous improvement projects

Fill in EOL reports and send over to Quality Engineer.

Responsible for quality control inspections (To inspect & reject product that is out of specifications).

Conduct operations in accordance with the Work Instruction & Customer Requirements

Communicate with Quality Engineer on equipment or quality issues

To do sorting when required

Ensure 5S and safety at the EOL station

To participate in cycle count when required

Ensure compliance to FTM’s ISO9001/14001 and 27001 policies and standards

Ensure compliance to RBA policies and standards

Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics or equivalent

2 year working experience is added advantage

Organized, fast learner and able to multi-task

Demonstrate flexibility / adaptability to frequent changes

Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly

Demonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasks

Supervise and direct the activities of the quality control team EOL Inspector.

Make decisions regarding the disposition of non-conforming products and materials.

Initiate corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues related to EOL Inspector.

Recommend process improvements and resource allocations to enhance quality control activities.
