Zusammenfassung

NAUE Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible QA/QC to support daily production operations in Malaysia. You will sample incoming raw materials and finished goods, perform quality checks, and communicate test results to the production team.

Responsibilities include updating data in QC databases (QSYS), releasing materials in Oxaion, preparing test samples, and producing the Daily Production Report for management. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Basic computer skills.
• Hardworking, responsible and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Sampling incoming raw materials (e.g., PP woven, Bentonite powder, LLDPЕ granular, PP fiber) and performing quality checks.
• Sampling finished good rolls and conducting quality checks.
• Inform production team timely on test results.
• Update all test data in QC database (key-in into QSYS).
• Release incoming raw materials / finished good rolls in Oxaion per quality rate; daily lab housekeeping.
• Prepare test samples (K-value for Bentofix, PP fiber, PP woven, Drop Cone and opening size for Secutex) as per sampling plan and send to Fiestal for testing/evaluation.
• Prepare and send out Daily Production Report to Management Team.
• Maintain records/documents related to QA/QC activities and archive in d3.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

We are currently looking for a responsible QA/QC to assist and support our daily production operations.

What you'll do:

To sampling on incoming raw materials (such as PP woven, Bentonite powder, LLDPЕ granular, PP fiber etc) and perform quality check according to company quality standards.

To sampling on finished good rolls and perform quality check according to the company quality standards.

To inform production team timely on the tested results.

To update all test data in QC data base (to key-in tested data into QSYS).

To release incoming raw materials / finished good rolls in Oxaion according to define quality rate. Daily lab housekeeping.

To prepare test sample (K-value for Bentofix, PP fiber, PP woven, Drop Cone and opening size for Secutex etc) as define in sampling plan and send to Fiestel for testing / evaluation.

To prepare and send out Daily Production Report to Management Team.

To keep, file and maintain records / documents related to QA/QC activities (including to archive documents into d3).

To perform other duties as assigned or required.
