Job summary

Jstar Motion in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead the QC team and oversee quality checks across incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.

You will ensure adherence to procedures and work instructions, monitor testing, coordinate inspections, and report findings. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or SPM and 2 years of QC supervisory experience, with strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC supervisory experience.
• Good working attitude and reliable personality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the QC operators and ensure smooth QC activities.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are followed.
• Supervise inspectors of incoming, in-process, and finished goods to ensure quality.
• Monitor testing to work instructions and timely basis.
• Coordinate work arrangements, handling and reporting.
• Monitor and inspect production process.

Job description

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor.

We are looking to hire for QA/QC Supervisor .

You will play an important role in:

• To manage the QC operators and ensure smooth operations of QC activities.
• To ensure QC operators are following procedures and Work Instruction established.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of inspectors engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Responsible for controlling identifying and detecting inappropriate products.
• To monitor and ensure that testing is conducted in accordance to work instructions and on timely basis.
• Responsible for the work arrangement, coordination, handling, and reporting.
• Monitoring and inspection of production process.

What we’re looking for

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma.
• MS Excel, MS Office, QC Problem Solving Tools.
• At least 2 years of working experience as QC Supervisor or QA/QC field is required.
• Good working attitude, reliable personality.
