Job summary

Aurum Precast Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to support the QA/QC Engineer in implementing site quality assurance and control systems, ensuring high quality precast products.

You will lead a team of QA/QC Technicians and QC Inspectors, conduct in-house testing and inspections, and follow material specifications while identifying risks on site. The role involves regular checks, adherence to procedures, and providing Good Practice trainings to staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QA/QC Engineer in conducting Good Practice Trainings, In-process Inspections, identifying defective works, conducting in-house testing, in-house Quality Assessment
• Lead a team of QA/QC Technicians and QC Inspector
• Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures
• Follow material specification as instructed by QA/QC Engineers
• Identify any foreseeable risk/issue arising from the site works
